Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from inventory to shipment. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products while using warehouse equipment and scanning tools to support dependable order fulfillment. Your impact: Accurate picking and careful quality checks help customers receive the right items in good condition. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized; use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and barcode scanning for logistics. Pack and package items, verify order details, and complete quality control checks before shipment. Load and unload deliveries, receive and stock materials, and support shipping and receiving. Update inventory through a warehouse management system and inventory management systems; apply basic math to verify counts. Follow warehouse operations procedures, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements; perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely. Experience Warehouse experience in order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, inventory management, packing, picking and packing, or materials handling is helpful. Experience operating material handling equipment and heavy equipment is preferred; follow site authorization requirements for each machine. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, order picking, stocking, and inventory processes is an asset. Warehouse supervisor experience is nice to have, not required. Bring attention to detail, basic math skills, and a consistent commitment to safe work practices. Pay: $23.80 - $28.66 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
