Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep orders moving accurately and safely through warehouse operations. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse distribution. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products, while giving warehouse teams reliable inventory and shipment information. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized. Use a warehouse management system (WMS), inventory management systems, and a radio-frequency (RF) scanner for order picking, barcode scanning, and inventory updates. Pack and label orders; support shipping and receiving, stocking, and quality control. Load and unload materials, move products, and complete materials handling tasks using equipment safely. Follow safety protocols, use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain an orderly work area. Experience Warehouse experience, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or warehouse distribution experience is helpful. Basic math skills and familiarity with picking and packing, packaging, and inventory management are preferred. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required by the role. Experience operating material handling equipment or other heavy equipment is preferred; follow site authorization requirements. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required.
