Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview Join our warehouse team as an Order Fulfillment Associate and help keep orders moving accurately and safely. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products, while clear inventory records help warehouse teams locate and replenish stock. Duties Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as appropriate and authorized. Use a radio-frequency (RF) scanner, barcode scanning tools, and the warehouse management system to verify items and update order and inventory records. Pack and label orders, and support shipping and receiving, stocking, and warehouse distribution. Load and unload materials; move products using safe materials-handling practices and equipment. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and complete assigned work with attention to accuracy. Requirements Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, and inventory management systems are helpful. Ability to perform picking and packing, packaging, manual handling, and heavy lifting as required. Basic math skills and the ability to follow scanning, order, and safety procedures. Experience operating material-handling equipment or heavy equipment is preferred; equipment use must follow applicable authorization and safety requirements. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but is not required. Pay: $23.89 - $28.78 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
