Order Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems Operate various material handling equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport goods safely Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, inventory management systems, and quality control checks Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading/unloading trucks, verifying shipments against documentation, and recording transactions in the warehouse management system Follow safety procedures diligently during heavy equipment operation and manual handling activities to prevent accidents or injuries Support warehouse distribution processes by stocking shelves efficiently, organizing storage areas, and ensuring optimal workflow throughout the facility Skills Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a warehouse setting Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including order picking & packing, inventory management systems, shipping & receiving procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting with proper technique and PPE use Familiarity with barcode scanning for logistics accuracy and warehouse management systems for tracking inventory Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent attention to detail for quality control checks and order accuracy Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering outstanding service through precise order fulfillment!
