Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receipt to shipment. You’ll pick, pack, and prepare products while supporting inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse distribution. This hands-on role involves warehouse operations, materials handling, and using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. You’ll follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and handle lifting as required. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, or other assigned equipment; scan barcodes with an RF scanner and warehouse management system. Pack and label orders, check product quality, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Load and unload deliveries, receive and stock materials, and support shipping and receiving. Maintain accurate inventory records and organized work areas using inventory management systems. Follow safety procedures during manual handling, heavy lifting, and material handling equipment operation. Your impact: Accurate picking and careful packing help customers receive the right products in good condition. Skills Essential: Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, and basic math. Essential: Safe materials handling, load and unload tasks, quality control, barcode scanning for logistics, and personal protective equipment use. Preferred: Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management, warehouse distribution, and shipping and receiving. Preferred: Forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, order picker, cherry picker, or other heavy equipment operation experience. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and safety protocol adherence.
