Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and inventory systems to handle products safely, maintain stock accuracy, and support timely shipping and receiving. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products in good condition. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment as authorized. Scan barcodes with a radio-frequency (RF) scanner and update records in the warehouse management system. Pack and label orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Load and unload deliveries, receive and stock materials, and support inventory management. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices. Requirements Warehouse experience, including order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, or shipping and receiving, is preferred. Basic math skills and the ability to use barcode scanning and inventory management systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting and materials handling, and to operate material handling equipment safely. Experience with warehouse operations, picking and packing, stocking, and load and unload tasks is helpful. Reach truck, forklift, pallet jack, order picker, or heavy equipment operation experience is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
