Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to handle products accurately, maintain organized inventory, and support a safe, efficient distribution process. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys active work, teamwork, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Pick items using order details and an RF (radio frequency) scanner; verify products with barcode scanning for logistics. Pack orders, check quality, stock inventory, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Load and unload deliveries, support shipping and receiving, and move materials using appropriate equipment. Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management systems to update order and stock records. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices, including when lifting heavy items. Skills Essential: Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, materials handling, inventory management, and warehouse distribution. Essential: Basic math, accuracy, quality control, safety protocol adherence, and ability to load and unload materials. Preferred: Experience with a warehouse management system, inventory management systems, and RF scanners. Preferred: Experience operating a pallet jack, forklift, reach truck, order picker, cherry picker, or other heavy equipment; material handling equipment operation experience is an asset. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience. Pay: $26.04 - $31.36 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
