Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from receipt to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to locate, pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products while supporting reliable warehouse distribution. Duties Pick and verify orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, pallet jack, or other approved material handling equipment. Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and update records in the warehouse management system. Pack and label products, check order quality, and prepare shipments. Load and unload deliveries; receive, stock, and organize inventory. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving materials. Skills Essential: Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and basic math. Essential: Ability to perform heavy lifting and follow safety procedures; experience with barcode scanning and inventory management systems is helpful. Preferred: Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience, materials handling, load and unload tasks, stocking, and quality control. Pay: $24.85 - $29.93 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
