Role Overview: Christin Marie Studio is seeking a Part-Time Order Fulfillment and Jewelry Assembly Specialist in the Los Angeles area to join our team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, dependable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment. This role supports jewelry assembly, order fulfillment, and daily studio operations, particularly during high-volume sales periods. Key Responsibilities: Support daily studio operations to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently. Construct, assemble, and adjust jewelry pieces to fulfill customer orders. Organize and prepare jewelry materials and packaging supplies. Verify order accuracy, including product variants and quantities, before shipment. Ensure customer orders are packaged and ready for on-time shipment. Maintain and update daily spreadsheets and operational reports. Monitor and update inventory levels to support the supply chain team. Pick up materials and supplies throughout Downtown Los Angeles. Drop off packaged orders at local shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). Assist with increased fulfillment demands during major sales events and seasonal promotions. Schedule & Availability: This is a part-time, onsite position requiring flexibility based on operational needs and order volume. Availability during peak holiday shopping periods, particularly Black Friday and the surrounding sales period, is required. Candidates must be available for potential evening and weekend shifts , especially during major promotional events and high-volume fulfillment periods. Schedules may vary based on business needs, with advance notice provided whenever possible. Shifts are typically scheduled during regular business hours; however, flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is required during the holiday season to accommodate increased operational demands. The studio currently observes the following Q4 holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Qualifications & Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Jewelry assembly experience preferred but not required. Reliable access to a vehicle for local pickups and shipping drop-offs (business mileage reimbursed). 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, office, studio, or fulfillment environment preferred.
