Order fulfillment and customer service

Overview Join a family business that has been operating on Oahu for more than 40 years. We are seeking dedicated and skilled full-time order puller to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line and the overall production process. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, customer service experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Duties Retrieve and pull syrup orders and place orders in customer's vehicles. Pour 1 gallon bottles into smaller containers when needed. Palletize orders for delivery the next day. Greet customers in a professional manner when they pick up their orders. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, food service, and customer service is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Ability to lift and move materials as needed, demonstrating physical stamina. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production demands.
