In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers while coordinating with key client accounts. Your expertise in order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and process improvement will drive efficiency, optimize inventory management, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage the entire order fulfillment lifecycle, including order processing, picking accuracy, and shipping on time. Establish, maintain and improve order processing procedures. Handling customer issues and escalations to ensure quality customer experience. Training and holding employees accountable. Establish and use metrics to monitor fulfillment performance. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to coordinate between sales and production teams. Taking ownership when problems occur rather than simply reporting them.
