Order Filler Specialist
HOOKANDLOOP.COMManufacturing and Distribution Ecommerce B2B and B2C company seeking experienced Order Filler Specialist to work with our Administrative Team: Fulfills order from customers working in our ERP Sage 100 system, Magento Ecommerce and Starship Shipping software. Duties include: Receiving Orders: Receives orders from customers through various channels, such as: ERP Sales Orders, website, phone, email or fax Picking and Packing: Pulls all orders, labels products, boxes, weighs and prepares customer orders for shipments throughout the day Processing Orders: Ensures that orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner, communicating with customers regarding order status Receiving Stock and Inventory: Receives in all deliveries from various shippers - entering receipt of goods and pulling backorders/new orders from stock. Properly putting away remaining stock on warehouse shelves Invoicing: Generates invoices for customers based on processed orders, sends invoices to customers via email or mail Phones: Assists with answering phones SKILLS: Typing, computer knowledge, communications, shipping software, receiving, inventory knowledge, customer service. Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
