• Scan products in and out using an RF scanner to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Document orders and material movements in the internal computer system.
• Perform packing and packaging tasks to prepare orders for production or distribution.
• Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in the stockroom to keep materials easily accessible.
• Assist with general labor and material handling tasks, including palletizing and loading as needed.
• Use pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as required to move materials safely.
• Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and organization in the stockroom.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure orders are completed correctly and on schedule.
Essential Skills
• Experience with order picking, packing, and stocking in a warehouse, stockroom, or similar environment.
• Ability to use an RF scanner to scan products in and out of inventory.
• Basic computer skills to perform data entry and update internal systems.
• Experience with general labor and material handling tasks, including lifting parts and materials safely.
• Ability to operate or work around basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and palletizing tools.
• Capability to perform inventory-related tasks such as counting, stocking, and organizing materials.
• Ability to pass a 3rd grade reading level test.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation.
• Reliability and consistency in following established processes and procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Comfort working in a production-support environment rather than a large, traditional warehouse.
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or warehouse packing is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team and communicate clearly with coworkers and leadership.
• No specific education or certificates required, making this role accessible to candidates with diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn company-specific systems, processes, and equipment.

Work Environment

The environment is friendly and conversational, supporting a collaborative atmosphere. The position follows a first-shift schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Work involves standing, lifting, and moving parts and materials, as well as using computers and scanning equipment to manage inventory and orders.
