Order Filler

Job Overview Inscribe Graphics Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Filler to support graphics production and order fulfillment. This role involves preparing, organizing, packaging, and staging custom graphics and signage for customer orders while ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time completion. Key Responsibilities Pick, verify, and prepare graphics, decals, signage, and materials for customer orders. Review work orders and production instructions for accuracy. Assist with trimming, weeding, laminating, labeling, packaging, and staging finished products. Measure and inspect materials to ensure they meet order specifications. Safely handle products, tools, and production equipment. Maintain organized work areas and accurate order records. Coordinate with production, design, and shipping teams to keep orders moving efficiently. Help prepare orders for pickup, delivery, or installation. Follow company quality standards and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, production, or graphics experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read work orders and follow instructions. Comfortable standing, lifting, and handling materials up to 50 lbs. Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
