This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Entry Specialist located in Bolton, ON. In this role, you will handle tasks such as processing orders, managing and entering order information into company systems, and maintaining accuracy throughout the order lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with customers to provide exceptional service and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment. You will be a key part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth operation of daily functions.
Qualifications
• Experience in Order Entry, Order Processing, and Order Management
• Proficiency in handling Customers Orders and managing accurate data entry
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve queries
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency with order management software quickbooks and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bolton, ON
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of Quickbooks, ERp-Microsoft Dynamics is required.
• Multi tasking role.
• Own car and licence is a must to commute to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is an asset
