About the Opportunity Nailor Industries, Inc. is seeking a dependable and energetic Order Entry Expeditor (Runner) to join our team in Houston. This is a fast-paced support position that combines administrative responsibilities, communication, order coordination, and hands-on support throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, communicates well with others, and can move comfortably between computer-based tasks and responsibilities that require being on the go. What You'll Do Support the Order Entry team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Help expedite orders, paperwork, documents, and other information between departments. Communicate with team members to help resolve questions, delays, or missing information. Track and follow up on outstanding items to help keep orders and workflow moving. Enter, review, and update information using company computer systems. Deliver and retrieve paperwork, documents, and other materials throughout the facility as needed. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is complete and properly routed. Respond professionally to changing priorities and time-sensitive requests. Work closely with multiple departments and team members to support efficient operations. Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software and systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, proactive, and willing to take initiative. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations or competing priorities. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Professional fluency in English. Ability to meet the physical requirements of a position that involves frequent movement throughout the facility. Physical Requirements This position is not exclusively desk-based. The employee must be able to regularly move throughout the facility while performing assigned responsibilities.
