Order Desk

We are looking for an apprentice for our phone/walk-in order desk. A good candidate would like to find a career within the door and hardware trade and enjoy front line customer service. The job entails working with customers by phone or in person, detailing order and production sheets, and following orders through to completion. Job requirements include: - Good communication. - You will be communicating with the customer, our suppliers, our procurement team, shop manager, and shipper. - Being detail oriented. - You will manage multiple projects at a time, some small some larger, each in their own stage of development. - Comfortable with Software. - You will learn industry specific software - Comfortable with administrative tasks. - They are never ending -Comfortable learning. - Also never ending Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour Benefits: Extended health care Paid time off Work Location: In person
