Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service
• Key/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
• Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions
• Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions
• Load and unload customers
• Ship out orders to our customers
• Receive orders from our suppliers
• Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
• General housekeeping
• Pick/fill orders as required
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of 1 year of order desk experience focused on customer service within a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable attendance and reliability
• Ability to lift 50lb bags on a regular basis
• 2 years warehouse experience
• A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
• Must speak fluent English
