various departments, including sales, production, and shipping to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process and manage customer orders from inception to fulfillment, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fulfillment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Collaborate with sales to promote products or support additional sales opportunities.
• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling, shipping and carrier coordination to meet customer expectations and deadlines while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to logistics operations, including shipping orders, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with carriers to secure the best rates and service.
• Analyze logistics data to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain process.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies or systems to enhance efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize logistics and order management workflows.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled at managing multiple competing priorities without losing focus on quality or deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Epicor or other ERP System or, inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
