Oracle Order Management Cloud Functional Consultant

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management (OM) Cloud Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management solutions. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end order-to-cash processes. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements-gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution-design workshops. Configure Oracle Order Management Cloud based on business requirements. Design and support end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, returns, and cancellations. Configure order orchestration processes, fulfillment lines, processing constraints, transformation rules, holds, approvals, and change-order management. Support pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory, Shipping, Procurement, Receivables, and Product Information Management integrations. Work with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows. Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts, and user guides. Lead unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution. Support data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization. Troubleshoot order-processing issues and recommend process and system improvements. Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
