Position: Oracle O2C Functional Consultant
Location: Itasca, IL (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

with 1–2 full-cycle implementations, production support, and integration projects.
Strong experience in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles is required.
Responsible for resolving production support issues, working on product enhancements, and handling day-to-day functional queries from clients.
Guide business users on core Oracle ERP functionalities and assist them in completing routine business activities within the Oracle ERP system.
Collaborate with the ERP project team to drive feature enhancements and deliver additional project requirements.
Must possess strong functional and technical expertise in the relevant Oracle product areas, along with excellent communication skills.
Must be passionate about customer satisfaction in a product support environment.
Should be flexible to travel and work in shifts as required.
Familiarity with Oracle tables and AOL objects related to the functional areas is required.
Strong Oracle R12 knowledge is mandatory.
At least 2 support project experiences are required. Implementation project experience is an added advantage.
Strong configuration, functional design, and solution design skills are required.
