Production Support & AMS: Provide day-to-day functional support to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Oracle Fusion SCM production issues.
Business Partnership: Work closely with business users to understand pain points, gather requirements for critical enhancements, and translate them into functional designs.
End-to-End Processes: Own and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain flows including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Plan-to-Produce/Procure-to-Pay cross-functional touchpoints.
Configuration & Testing: Perform hands-on configuration updates, coordinate Oracle quarterly updates, and lead functional testing (SIT/UAT) for patches and enhancements.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Oracle Fusion Expertise: Must have extensive, hands-on functional configuration experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM.
Experience Level – 5- 8 Years
Core Modules: Deep expertise in Order Management (OM), Inventory Management, and Logistics (Shipping/Receiving) .
Business Facing: Proven track record of working directly with business stakeholders in a fast-paced production support environment.
Travel Flexibility: Must be local to St. Louis or fully committed to traveling Monday–Friday, every other week (2x/month). Our client is a leading IT Industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
