Job Title: Oracle Depot Repair Functional Consultant Location: Remote / Boston, MA (Client Office) Experience Level: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Role Overview At Divish Consulting, we are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Depot Repair Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise to lead end-to-end functional deliverables for our client engagement. In this role, you will serve as the core subject matter expert driving the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Oracle EBS Service Suite solutions to optimize repair lifecycle and service operations. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Process Design: Gather and analyze complex business requirements related to product repair, RMA processing, warranty handling, and service operations. Map business processes to Oracle solutions. Module Configuration: Hands-on configuration of the Oracle Depot Repair (CSD) module alongside key integrated modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Service Contracts (OKS), Install Base (CSI), Cost Management (CST), and Field Service (CSF). Lifecycle Management: Design and implement repair order lifecycle workflows—covering return material authorizations (RMA), diagnosis, repair execution, shipping, and billing. Documentation & Methodology: Author and maintain comprehensive implementation deliverables using AIM/OUM standards, including setup documents (BR100), functional designs (MD50), and test scripts (TE040). Cross-Module & Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with technical teams to define functional specifications for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects and validate technical developments. Testing & Support: Lead unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live hypercare support. Enablement & Stakeholder Management: Deliver end-user training, build user documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and manage client stakeholders across business and IT leadership. Required Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of total experience in Oracle Functional Consulting with at least 2 full-cycle implementations dedicated to Oracle Depot Repair and the broader Oracle EBS R12 Service Suite. Deep Functional Expertise: Oracle Depot Repair (CSD) Oracle Service Contracts (OKS) Oracle Install Base (CSI) Oracle Order Management (OM) Oracle Inventory (INV) & Costing (CST) Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency with SQL for data analysis, system validation, and issue troubleshooting. Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot root causes, perform complex functional setups, and deliver high-quality functional designs. Communication: Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud SCM/Service certification. Direct experience with Oracle Field Service (CSF) and Service Logistics modules. Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party CRM, MES, or legacy logistics systems.
