Oracle Cloud Source-to-Pay Workstream Lead Full Time Charlotte, NC Visa: US CitizenGreen CardGC-EADH1BH4-EADTNEAD Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Source-to-Pay Workstream Lead to lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and financial solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise across Source-to-Pay processes, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to lead client workshops, manage workstream delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support deployment and post-go-live activities. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Cloud Source-to-Pay implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Facilitate client workshops and design sessions to understand business requirements and recommend suitable Oracle Cloud solutions. Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud applications according to approved functional designs. Manage workstream activities, deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues. Conduct regular workstream meetings and provide progress updates to project and program management. Serve as the primary escalation point for workstream issues and risks. Coordinate with Change Management, Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration teams. Partner with the Test Lead to plan and coordinate testing activities, including end-to-end scenarios. Lead deployment, production cutover, and post-implementation support. Assist with data migration and support the development, configuration, and testing of integrations, extensions, and reports involving Oracle, third-party, and custom applications. Collaborate with client stakeholders to drive process improvements and successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions. Mentor team members, review deliverables, and provide functional guidance. Required Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Source-to-Pay or related ERP solutions. Experience delivering at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Source-to-Pay applications, or equivalent experience with other Source-to-Pay platforms. Expert functional knowledge of: Oracle Cloud Purchasing and Self-Service Purchasing Oracle Cloud Contracts and Sourcing Supplier Qualification Management and Supplier Portal Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management. Hands-on experience with SaaS application implementation, configuration, and deployment. Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software services company. Experience leading client engagements, consulting teams, and cross-functional workstreams. Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of PeopleSoft table schemas.
