Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect, Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Lead Consultant

Required Skills: Oracle Cloud SaaS implementation lifecycle, Oracle SCM , CRPs, configuration, testing, Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end implementations, solution design, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solution design and implementation. - Conduct requirements gathering, current-state assessments, and fit-gap analysis. - Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), configuration, testing, and deployment. - Drive solutions across Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Logistics, PLM, and Procurement. - Lead onsite/offshore teams and coordinate project delivery. - Advise clients on Oracle SCM best practices and business processes. - Manage stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills & Experience: - 10 15 years of consulting experience with full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. - 10+ years of business experience in related functional areas. - Hands-on implementation experience in at least three SCM areas, such as Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory Management. - Strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud SaaS implementation lifecycle. - Experience in requirements traceability, CRPs, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Oracle SCM or Procurement-related certification. - Proven team leadership and global onsite/offshore delivery experience. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
