The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, recommend appropriate Oracle Cloud solutions, and ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Oracle Order Management Cloud implementation and enhancement activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from client stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify gaps between business requirements and standard Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Design and recommend appropriate Oracle Order Management solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams on solution development, configurations, and integrations.
• Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead client workshops, requirement discussions, and solution review sessions.
• Communicate implementation progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud.
• At least one Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience across requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, development coordination, and testing.
• Proven ability to independently lead client workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from the client's Watsonville, CA office.
