Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a Hardware Operations Technician to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Operations Manager. As a Hardware Operations Technician you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, timely fulfillment of consumables, and smooth shipping/receiving operations, while also assisting with light product assembly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic hardware environment.
· Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to guide planning and strategic initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range
plans
· Analyze revenue, expenses, margin, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
· Provide variance analysis and insight into key drivers affecting financial performance.
· Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, including pricing, profitability, and investment evaluations.
· Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure spending is aligned with financial targets and growth objectives.
· Participate in ad hoc projects, including pricing analysis, ROI evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.
· Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, providing clear, data-backed
insights and actionable recommendations to reduce costs and support strategic growth initiatives.
· Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, reporting, and systems.
· Support automation and process improvements to streamline reporting and analysis.
· Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
· Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
· Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
· Support audit preparation, including internal and external audit requests, documentation, and account reconciliations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
· 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis.
· Strong expertise in GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP/financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP,
Oracle, etc.).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
