About Us Prepango specializes in custom vending machines for niche markets. We develop custom vending solutions, with customer products and packaging carefully selected for each location. Prepango currently operates vending solutions across the United States, in airports and other high-traffic venues. ShopAll Fans supports Prepango's operations, keeping its vending network stocked, accurate, and running smoothly. About the Role We're looking for an organized, tech-comfortable Operations Team Member to help manage Prepango's vending machine network. You'll use forecasted sales data to plan shipments, keep machines stocked with the right products, and work closely with field technicians to make sure everything is placed correctly. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, enjoys working with data and systems, and likes being part of a team. What You'll Do Create and schedule product shipments to vending machines based on forecasted demand data Monitor inventory levels across machines to keep them well stocked with the right product mix Add and update new products in our systems, including pictures and product details Communicate with technicians to confirm correct product placement and resolve stocking issues Spot trends or problems in stock levels and flag them to the team Support the wider operations team with day-to-day tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software and inventory systems Proficiency in Excel Good attention to detail, especially with product data and shipment accuracy Clear, reliable communication, particularly when coordinating with people in the field Ability to learn quickly and adapt as processes and products change A team player who's happy to pitch in where needed Nice to Have Bilingual in English and Spanish Familiarity with sports cards, trading cards, TCGs, or the collectibles industry Experience in inventory management, logistics, retail, or vending operations Familiarity with working from forecasts or sales data Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Work Location: In person
