responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily onsite operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and drone delivery preparation.
• Supervise, train, and coach Ground Handler team members to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Coordinate picking, packing, quality control, and package loading activities.
• Manage daily site readiness, including equipment inspections, operational setup, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Monitor team performance, workflow efficiency, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support employee scheduling, task assignments, and daily staffing needs.
• Conduct inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Enforce safety protocols, address operational issues, and assist with incident reporting and resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between onsite team members and regional management.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in logistics, retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Experience coordinating daily operations, managing workflows, and maintaining performance standards.
Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting a team.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety and operational accuracy.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between nearby worksites as needed.
Ability to successfully complete a background check and required training.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push a 160-pound cart up a ramp.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts within operational hours of 6:00 AM-10:00 PM, including weekends.
Previous drone industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a maximum of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work one of the following rotating coverage schedules:
Schedule A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and the first half of Wednesday.
Schedule B: Second half of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
