You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, mentoring staff, and ensuring our operational standards consistently meet performance goals. Responsibilities Direct daily work activities and assign tasks to ensure production targets are met efficiently. Implement and refine operational procedures to enhance equipment utilization and material flow. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements. Manage team performance, providing leadership and guidance to drive operational excellence. Monitor department output to ensure quality standards and time-sensitive delivery requirements are achieved. Collaborate across departments to resolve bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment. Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily operational workflows. Proficiency in manufacturing processes and warehouse equipment management. Preferred Skills Associate degree in Supervisory Management or a related field. Prior experience in a formal supervisory or team lead capacity. Technical proficiency with systems such as AS400 or workforce management software like UKG. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
