Are you highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Bayou Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Lead operations manager to support our District Manager and ensure the smooth operation of all our locations.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee all staff are in place and fully staffed by 8pm
• Monitor inventory levels across all locations and address any discrepancies.
• Do regular uniform inspections to uphold Bayou Hospitality standards.
• Assist the District Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling conflicts, communications, and operational support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to recruit and motivate a team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
