The Operations Support Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of our logistics services. Key Responsibilities Track and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers on shipment updates. Help resolve transportation and delivery issues quickly. Maintain accurate records and logistics documentation. Support operations teams to provide excellent customer service.
