Raytheon is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Management (OSC) Leader to support the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) DCS program area. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing Supply Chain and Operations strategies, proposals, and program execution across select DCS programs. The ideal candidate is a strong, influential leader with a proven record of delivering exceptional Operations and Supply Chain performance, including the ability to lead and drive results without direct reporting authority. What You Will Do Lead OSC execution across cost, schedule, quality, supplier performance, and material strategy, ensuring smooth transition from contract closeout into Long‑Term Sustainment operations. Manage subcontractor and supplier performance, driving alignment with evolving program objectives and sustainment requirements. Develop and manage risk and opportunity plans to meet program goals. Provide earned value, cost account management, and budget oversight. Drive material sales forecasting and execution, identifying efficiencies and optimizing supply chain performance across the program. Collaborate across functions and lead execution teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority. Engage with internal and external customers, delivering clear updates on OSC strategy, performance, and status updates. Monitor performance metrics and proactively resolve program and functional issues. Support proposal development, gate reviews, and Operations & Supply Chain deliverables required for closeout and Long‑Term Sustainment startup. Perform limited travel as needed to support supplier, subcontractor, customer engagements, or program reviews. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience. Experience with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Program Management. Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent system. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, EAC/R&O management, or sales planning.
