Operations Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Supervisor to lead and manage daily store operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Supervise daily store activities, ensuring operational procedures are followed efficiently and effectively Lead, motivate, and develop retail staff through employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance management Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential Manage payroll, cash handling, POS systems, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal inventory levels and cost control Implement sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Conduct interviewing processes for new hires, participate in recruiting efforts, and ensure proper onboarding of team members Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry, particularly in store or sales team management Strong background in retail sales, inventory management, POS systems, and operational oversight Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, budgeting, and cash handling Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and team leadership roles Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, sales analysis, and basic financial calculations Previous grocery or retail store experience is advantageous; familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus Join us as an Operations Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding retail experiences!
