Operations Supervisor Location: Trenton, ON, Canada Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM On-Site | Distribution Centre | Warehouse & Logistics Operations About the Role The Operations Supervisor leads a team responsible for daily warehouse and distribution centre operations. This role ensures products are received, processed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time while driving productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance. As an Mckesson leader, you will coach and develop employees, manage daily workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare distribution environment. What You Will Do Lead daily warehouse and distribution centre operations Assign work, manage staffing, and adjust resources to meet operational goals Monitor productivity, quality, service, and safety performance Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement Conduct performance management discussions, provide feedback, and support employee development Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels Investigate and resolve operational issues and employee concerns Review reports and operational metrics to make informed business decisions Partner with transportation, inventory, customer service, and other operational teams Support process improvement and change management initiatives Basic Requirements Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities High School Diploma or equivalent Experience leading and developing frontline employees Experience managing workflow and productivity in a fast-paced environment Experience using operational reports, metrics, and performance data Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work the scheduled shift of Sunday through Thursday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM Preferred Skills / Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated distribution environments Experience with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics Experience supporting organizational change and process improvement programs Work Environment On-site role in a fast-paced distribution centre Leadership position overseeing daily warehouse operations and employee performance Frequent interaction with warehouse associates, operational leaders, and cross-functional teams Environment focused on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service Standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility are required Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs Why Join Us?
