OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Mail Dispatch, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a growing last-mile pickup and delivery operation based in San Jose, CA , serving customers throughout the Bay Area. The Supervisor will assist in overseeing a team of drivers, working closely with management and customers while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. The position will focus on driver leadership, delivery KPIs, safety and security, route optimization, customer service, asset management, and basic payroll functions. Schedule Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM–1:00 PM Key Responsibilities Help lead and support a team of drivers. Monitor delivery performance and ensure customer KPIs are met. Train and coach drivers on safety, service, and operational initiatives. Support route optimization and productivity improvement projects. Perform basic payroll and timekeeping functions. Conduct hub audits and enforce safety and security procedures. Resolve escalated delivery issues and communicate with customers. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Assist with fleet, equipment, and asset management. Qualifications Supervisory experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing drivers or last-mile delivery operations preferred. Some college preferred.
