Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise check-in procedures for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries

- Coordinate and support warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely processing of goods

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies within the warehouse

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and related documentation

- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management to resolve issues promptly

- Assist with office work related to warehouse operations, including data entry and reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Basic proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel)

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to supervise and motivate team members
