Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Lead, train, and develop team members in customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational tasks Manage inventory levels through stock ordering, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while controlling expenses Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction Skills Proven experience in retail management with supervisory or assistant manager roles Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and managerial presence Skilled in negotiation, employee training & development, and team supervision Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math calculations Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse teams and customers Knowledge of retail math concepts such as pricing strategies, budgeting, sales analysis, and merchandising principles Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with purchasing decisions, inventory control systems, marketing initiatives, and store merchandising strategies Demonstrated ability to supervise staff during shifts while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards Join us as an Operations Supervisor if you thrive on leading teams to success!
