At our Johnson Creek facility, we manufacture high-quality rubber and silicone products in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where safety, accountability, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.

At milkrite | InterPuls, we believe great performance starts with great people. Our culture is grounded in being Caring, Agile, and Brave—we look out for one another, adapt quickly, and speak up to make things better.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor who leads from the floor—not the office.

This role is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing performance while building a culture where people come first and safety is non-negotiable. You’ll lead your team through visibility, trust, and accountability—making sure expectations don’t just exist, but show up in daily behaviors.

This is not just a production role. It’s a people leadership role with strong safety ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a people-first safety culture where team members feel respected, heard, and responsible for one another
  • Conduct safety observations, hazard assessments, and lead incident investigations
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • Supervise and coach production team members
  • Train team members on new tasks, processes, and equipment
  • Drive performance through clear communication
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, and process teams to solve problems
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean and problem-solving tools
  • Hold team members accountable while maintaining fairness and respect
  • Support team member development and performance management

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and hazard controls
  • Experience with incident investigations and root cause problem-solving
  • Ability to balance safety, quality, and production demands
  • Confidence to address issues directly and respectfully
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with ISO or EHS systems (ISO 45001, OSHA standards, ISO 9001)
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification

Why Join Us

At milkrite | InterPuls, we believe work should support your life—not compete with it. That’s why we’ve built a culture rooted in caring for our people, staying agile in how we work, and having the courage to do what’s right—for our team and our customers.

Here, you’re more than a role on the floor. You’re part of a team that looks out for each other, values open communication and takes pride in doing meaningful work together.

We know that a strong team starts with taking care of our people. That’s why we offer:

  • Work-life balance you can count on – a structured Monday–Friday schedule (overtime may be required or offered based on operational needs), and paid time off including 13 holidays (with time off between Christmas and New Year)
  • Health benefits that actually support you – multiple medical plan options including a $0 employee contribution option, plus dental and vision coverage starting shortly after hire
  • Income protection and peace of mind – company-paid life insurance and disability coverage with strong wage replacement
  • Opportunities to grow – cross-training, development programs, and educational assistance to help you build your career
  • Financial stability and rewards – 401(k) with company match and performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Support beyond the workplace – wellness programs, employee assistance resources, and a team that genuinely cares about your well-being

Most importantly, we live our “people and family-first” mindset. We understand that life happens, and we work with our team members—not against them—when it does.

If you’re looking for a place where you are supported, challenged, and valued, you’ll find it here!
