Description

Strait Link Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead operations. Working Monday to Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm, you’ll oversee daily activities, support your team, and ensure safe, efficient and customer‑focused service delivery.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term role, You will coordinate resources, resolve issues, and partner with internal stakeholders to meet daily KPIs and maintain high DIFOT performance. This position suits a motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong relationships, and embraces continuous improvement.



Skills And Experiences

About you! 

  • Proven frontline leadership experience in transport or logistics
  • Strong understanding of WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements
  • Ability to plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to foster a positive team culture and drive performance
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Resilient, adaptable and solutions‑focused
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
