Who We’re Looking For:
The Operations Steward is the engine that keeps our river operation running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is solution-oriented, takes pride in their work, loves the river lifestyle, and wants to actively improve systems that support both staff and guests. You’ll partner with the Business Leader and work closely with all staff to ensure that behind-the-scenes operations are dialed, efficient, and set up for success—so the on-river experience shines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Actively look for ways to add value and elevate the experience for staff and guests
- Take ownership of back-of-house facilities and spaces
- Help coordinate logistics and maintenance of the fleet
- Create, improve, and maintain systems that keep daily operations running smoothly
- Oversee equipment organization, maintenance schedules, and inventory
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
- Manage and schedule maintenance and transportation team
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business LeaderRockin R
