Operations Specialist - Seasonal / Temporary

Role and Responsibilities

• Temporary, project-based role that will require around 20-30 hours per week for around 2 - 3 months
• Strong preference for candidates that can work from our San Francisco office but open to remote work for the right highly responsible, driven and dependable individual
• Support backend operational workflows, including account creation and configuration
• Perform QA checks to ensure accounts, data, and workflows are set up accurately
• Review and validate internal records for completeness and consistency
• Follow documented processes and flag issues or discrepancies when they arise
• Assist the Operations team with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed
• Maintain a high bar for accuracy, organization, and reliability

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, support, or coordinator-type role
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with repetitive or process-driven tasks
• Ability to follow instructions, check your work, and ask questions when something is unclear
• Comfortable working with internal tools, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms
• Clear written communication and responsiveness
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks independently once trained

Nice to Have (not required)

• Prior experience with QA, data entry, or backend systems
• Familiarity with SaaS tools, dashboards, or internal admin panels
• Interest in operations, product ops, or tech startups or media-heavy web applications
