Operations & Project Management Support

Interstate Sealant & Concrete, LLC (ISC) is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Project Management Support professional to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Project Management and Operations teams by helping coordinate field operations, scheduling, travel, financial tracking, and vendor support to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects on track, communicating with both field and office teams, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day operational and administrative needs
• Coordinate travel arrangements for field crews, including hotels and airfare
• Assist with project scheduling, workforce planning, and start date coordination
• Serve as a liaison between field teams and office staff to support clear, accurate communication
• Coordinate jobsite needs with vendors (dumpsters, utilities, rentals, etc.)
• Track and maintain project documentation, submittals, and reports
• Assist with financial tracking and coordination with Accounting on project costs
• Support bidding, estimating, and state prequalification documentation
• Maintain organized electronic and physical project files

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Construction industry experience preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based, with regular interaction with field operations
• Use of standard office equipment, computer, and phone
• Occasional travel to jobsites or meetings as needed
