We’re partnering with a dynamic entertainment company, to find a talented Operations Manager / Project Manager – Publishing Operations. This Temp role offers the opportunity to support teams focused on scaling capabilities and improving processes within a fast-paced environment. Based in Los Angeles, candidates should have relevant project management experience.

Operations Manager / Project Manager – Publishing Operations Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain systems for intake requests across various teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Create prioritization frameworks aligned with organizational goals to guide project selection.
• Maintain project tracking tools that provide transparency and progress updates.
• Lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives to support publishing operations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team leads and partners to drive project success.

Operations Manager / Project Manager – Publishing Operations Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in project management, program management, or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain clarity on priorities.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar.
• Demonstrated process improvement capabilities, especially within digital or entertainment environments.
