3Sixty pavingOperations Manager / Office Manager – Luxury Transportation Luxier Worldwide Transportation | San Diego, CA Full-Time | $20 - $24 per hour to start, depending on experience | Start: ASAP About Luxier Luxier Worldwide Transportation (CPUC TCP 43085-A) is a luxury chauffeured ground transportation company serving corporate travelers, events, weddings and airport transfers across San Diego and Southern California, backed by a network of affiliate operators. About the Role We need one person to run the limo side of our business from A to Z. You will own insurance, payroll, affiliates, fleet and drivers, and work hand in hand with our dispatch team so every ride runs on time and every client gets a white-glove experience. You report directly to the owner and run the company day to day from our San Diego office. We need someone who listens, hustles and can be depended on. When a driver calls out, a vehicle goes down or a client has an issue, you handle it. What You Will Do Insurance & Compliance Manage commercial auto and liability insurance: payments, renewals, certificates of insurance for clients and venues, and claims Keep our CPUC TCP authority, vehicle registrations, DMV renewals, airport permits (SAN, SNA, LAX) and business licenses current Maintain driver qualification files, the DMV pull-notice program and the drug and alcohol testing program Payroll & Finance Run payroll for chauffeurs and office staff Pay bills on time: insurance, fuel, maintenance, leases, software, parking and tolls Invoice corporate accounts, collect receivables and reconcile credit card deposits against rides booked Track revenue and cost per vehicle and keep the books clean in QuickBooks Affiliates Manage our affiliate (farm-in / farm-out) network: onboarding, insurance and TCP verification, and rates Issue affiliate statements and process the twice-monthly affiliate payouts on schedule Grow the affiliate network in new cities Fleet & Equipment Schedule maintenance, detailing, repairs and inspections, and keep fleet records current Track vehicle availability with dispatch so the fleet is ready for every booking Drivers Recruit, onboard, train and schedule chauffeurs Enforce service standards, dress code and safety, and handle performance issues Dispatch & Customer Service Work closely with the dispatch team on daily operations, driver assignments and escalations Quote and book corporate, event, wedding and airport work Resolve client issues quickly and professionally What We Are Looking For 3+ years running operations or the office at a limo, livery, charter or ground transportation company Working knowledge of CPUC TCP rules and California commercial vehicle compliance Experience with payroll, AP/AR and bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Experience with reservation and dispatch software (Santa Cruz Software, Limo Anywhere or similar) Experience managing affiliates, drivers and fleet maintenance You listen: you take direction well, execute fast and come back with it done You hustle: you move with urgency and own outcomes without being chased Dependable and reachable after hours when operations need you Strong customer service instincts; our clients expect white-glove service Valid California driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Compensation $20 - $24 per hour to start, depending on experience Full-time, San Diego office Room to grow with an expanding company How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume, and tell us about a transportation operation you ran or helped run.
