About Us: BBT BAKERY is a highly recognized bakery chain from China. With over a decade of overseas success and the strength of nearly 500 locations, we are embarking on a major U.S. expansion! We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our operations and drive future growth.
What You’ll Do:

Multi-Unit Leadership: Supervise Store Managers, ensuring brand standards and profitability are consistent.

Expansion: Lead the operational setup and successful launch of new store locations.

Standardization: Implement and refine company-wide SOPs.

Executive Support: Report directly to the COO to assist with strategic planning.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in multi-unit hospitality or bakery management.

Language: Bilingual (Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English) REQUIRED.
- Strong project management skills and experience with new store openings.
Pay & Perks:

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 / Year + Performance and Expansion Bonuses
