We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to build the systems, structure, and culture to support that next level of growth.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day business operations of the MedSpa, ensuring seamless coordination across all service lines — from aesthetic treatments to men’s health and weight loss programs.

This is a non-clinical leadership role (no medical license required), ideal for a business-minded professional experienced in spa management, healthcare administration, or hospitality leadership who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You’ll work directly with the Provider/Owner to manage scheduling, staffing, client experience, and financial performance — building a foundation for scalable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all MedSpa service areas (aesthetics, men’s sexual health, and weight loss).
  • Lead and coach support staff to ensure exceptional service, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage scheduling, client communication, inventory, vendor relations, and supply ordering.
  • Track KPIs including revenue, client retention, and provider utilization.
  • Support marketing campaigns, email outreach, and social media promotions.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, treatment menus, and client policies.
  • Collaborate with the medical provider to ensure quality and consistency of client care.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and present operational updates to ownership.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years of management experience in MedSpa, wellness, healthcare, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build systems and drive accountability.
  • Financial acumen: understands P&Ls, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in scheduling software, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
  • Passion for aesthetics, men’s health, and wellness transformation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Performance Bonus for On Target Earnings of $95,000
  • Growth Potential: Opportunity to advance into a Director-level role as the practice scales beyond $1M+
