This person is responsible for creating a hi-energy, positive member experience by ensuring the highest level of customer service to members and guests. Membership to VENT Fitness included. The Operations Manager is in charge of the people and the profit centers at the front of the club and leads all Customer service objectives and retail sales. This role is responsible for hiring, training, validating, and scheduling the front desk Customer Service and Energy Bar teams, and for the production, sales, ordering, and inventory performance of the Energy Bar, shop, Tanning, and HydroBed services. The Operations Manager also leads daily club operations in the absence of the Club Manager and Assistant Manager, with a focus on customer service, staff development, and a clean, well-run facility. EOE Experience in Retail preferred, Merchandising, inventory Management Sales and Cash handling helpful. Staff Leadership and team building a Must.
