We are on the lookout for an Operations Manager in Buena Park, California who shares our passion for customer satisfaction and safety excellence. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and reinforcing our commitment to a secure and healthy work environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness within our operations. Role Details: Salary: $90,000-$105,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with weekend flexibility during busy seasons Address: 5620 Knott Avenue, Buena Park Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations at the Buena Park site, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities. Ensure all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, including warehouse staff, drivers, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing clear direction, feedback, and support. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs). Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Financial Management: Develop and manage the site’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with other GoBolt sites and the central logistics team to optimize the flow of goods and information. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing holding costs. Oversee the scheduling and routing of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep the site operations up-to-date. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall business performance. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on site performance, including operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. What You Bring: 4+ years of experience in warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment operations Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
