Operations Manager - Fine Jewelry

Claudia Mae is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine jewelry business. Responsibilities Manage jewelry production timelines, order fulfillment, and product flow from design through delivery Oversee inventory management, tracking, and quality control Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and logistics Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Qualifications **CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN PALM BEACH COUNTY AND AVAILABLE FOR BOTH IN PERSON AND REMOTE WORK** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office, 2 Remote) Previous experience in the fine jewelry industry required Highly organized and detail oriented Strong database management skills, including proficiency in excel-based programs. Ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude.
